Life in a Week... A Book About Being Really Happy and Life in a Week... What Is Spirituality are two of my creations that I wanted to share with the world. Be careful how you think
When our thoughts are filled with anger or fear, they dim the natural light of our hearts. Love is the natural light that brings us happiness, joy, peace, and health. Anger, hate, sadness, stress, and doubt are all the opposite of love; they are darkness. Darkness in the heart is natural poison and it will kill us. When that natural poison is in our thoughts it will show up in our body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice.
